These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PHnix multi-platform e-commerce management system ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

PHnix provides a unified dashboard for managing e-commerce operations across multiple platforms including Shopify, Coupang, and Shopee. The Service connects to these platforms via their official APIs using OAuth 2.0 authorization, allowing users to view orders, manage products, and analyze sales data.

2. Authorized Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensuring that your use of connected platform APIs complies with each platform's Terms of Service
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate information when registering stores or configuring platform connections

3. Platform API Compliance

Our Service accesses third-party platform APIs including:

• Shopee Open Platform API — subject to Shopee's API Terms of Service. We access only the minimum required permissions (read:shop, read:orders, read:products) to provide the Service.
• Shopify Partner API — subject to Shopify's API License and Terms of Service.
• Coupang Wing API — subject to Coupang's developer program terms.

Users are responsible for ensuring their store operations on these platforms comply with each platform's seller policies independently of this Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PHnix and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

PHnix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, platform API changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party platform downtime.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these Terms or applicable platform API policies. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Taiwan.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
